Job Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator at Duluth Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is a dynamic and rewarding sales role in the automotive industry, located in Duluth, Minnesota. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure, offering opportunities for growth and advancement. As an individual contributor, the Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and ultimately driving sales for our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a base salary of $18.5 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, the Business Development Coordinator will have the opportunity to earn additional income through a commission structure based on performance. Responsibilities:
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
- Identifying and generating new leads through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and prospecting
- Setting up appointments and conducting follow-up calls to potential clients
- Assisting customers in the vehicle purchasing process by providing product information, arranging test drives, and negotiating pricing and financing options
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell and promote our vehicles and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicles is a plus
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
