**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Utilize your hunter instincts to identify prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, direct selling, and partnership cultivation.
- Adopt a consultative selling approach, becoming a trusted advisor who comprehends prospects' needs and generates genuine interest in our solutions.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers, assisting them in streamlining HR administration, mitigating risks, and consolidating vendors.
- Exercise your creativity by crafting compelling proposals and financial analyses, obtaining approvals, and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of prospects at various stages of the sales process.
- Strive for excellence by surpassing sales metrics and achieving quarterly and annual objectives.
- Uphold the gold standard for customer service, embodying our core values in every interaction.
- Maintain meticulous activity tracking in the sales CRM and uphold an accurate pipeline report.
- Travel to prospective locations at least once a week, embracing exciting opportunities for business growth.
**Education, Skills, and Experience:**
A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge and abilities qualifies. Typically includes:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of exceptional work experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of achievements and awards.
- Background in PEO, SAAS, HRIS, or Payroll, demonstrating expertise in the industry.
- A passion for lead development and prospecting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Above all, a strong desire to win business and cultivate a positive work environment.
