Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Compensation: Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission: $15,000 (total OTE: $70,000)

Job Description:
As an Inside Sales & Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads into valuable business opportunities. You'll collaborate with the marketing and sales teams, leveraging our innovative SaaS solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products and communicate their value to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering relationships that lead to long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in SaaS sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of technical products.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.
