Job Summary
The Coordinator, Business Development is a full-time, entry level support role that will assist in the overall success of the company sales efforts. This role is responsible for supporting our Sales team in daily lead management, opportunity pipeline management, and effective follow up to prospective company clients. This role will have a strong emphasis on lead cultivation and contacting former accounts. The individual will be a shared resource, collaborating directly with our President in supporting Business Development efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with key internal business functions inclusive but not limited to Business Development, Production, Project Management, Design/Creative, Finance
Ability to effectively present the company value proposition, products, and services
Ability to make outreach against existing customer database; conducting face to face meetings and calls daily
Demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure satisfaction in their experience
Daily management of Leads, Opportunities, and Accounts in company CRM (Salesforce)
Log daily tasks (Calls, Emails, etc.) in company CRM (Salesforce)
Log Critical Path deadlines on all Fast Track and Closed Won Opportunities
Effectively support the sales workflow (Design, Estimation, Invoicing, Creative, Project Management)
Effectively manage time, open to learning and looking to advance as a sales contributor
Attend and be prepared for weekly, bi-weekly team meetings
