Job DescriptionWe are on the search for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help shape our product and direction and see your work have a real-world impact.
This is a full-time position working a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite Palm Beach, FL and 1 day remote).
- Identify and Research Decision-Makers: Proactively identify and research key decision-makers within target accounts to drive new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events to create new business prospects.
- Lead Qualification and Conversion: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into introductory meetings and presentations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner Engagement: Engage with potential partners to understand their needs and objectives, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate Level All’s value proposition and product offerings to potential partners, tailoring the message to their unique business challenges.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential partners through consistent follow-up and value-added communications.
- Market and Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position Level All in the marketplace and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess progress and impact.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential customers using CRM tools to ensure data integrity and streamlined workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to various company initiatives and demonstrate flexibility by taking on diverse projects as needed, with a willingness to "wear many hats.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadline pressures
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others
- Solution and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo) and sales enablement tools preferred
- Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
Additional Information
Compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors in determining our offer.
