Business Development Associate at Hamilton Jewelers

The Business Development Associate is to manage and expand our business across specialty clients and corporate gifting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling in the B2B sector, with a proven track record of success. This role requires a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Account Management

  Oversee and nurture existing accounts in specialty channels and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  
  

• Prospecting

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase our footprint. Develop strategies to expand our presence in the specialty retail sector.

  
  

• Partner Education

  Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing them with comprehensive knowledge about our products. Continually enhance their understanding of our capabilities and offerings.

  
  

• Collaboration

  Work closely with the team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to account management and business development.

  
  

• Product development

  Help to source new merchandise vendors to meet client needs, and present curated gift selections to our target audience.

Education & Experience

Two+ years of B2B sales experience; experience is a must. Corporate Gifting experience is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
