What We Seek
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Associate to provide administrative support and operational excellence to our sales and business development team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administrative functions, enabling the sales team to focus on building relationships and driving revenue. Your efforts will optimize processes, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
What Your Day Will Look Like
1. Sales Support & Administration:
- Manage schedules, registrations, and logistics for business development events.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as data entry, meeting coordination, and communication on behalf of the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in defining, documenting, and implementing sales processes to improve team productivity.
- Support the team in streamlining workflows for greater efficiency.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Generate regular reports and forecasts to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide sales collateral, presentations, and product information.
- Assist in developing and updating sales playbooks and best practices.
- Support new team members during onboarding by introducing them to sales systems and processes.
- Coordinate team training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Monday) and other sales tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Team player who can work collaboratively across functions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with sales forecasting tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 2 years in sales or operations.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes in a fast-paced environment.
