Job Title: Business Development Associate
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales development performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Implement and manage tools and systems to enhance sales prospecting and lead management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for sales and driving business growth in the life sciences sector.
