Our New York City office is looking for a part-time, Business Development Assistant to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
The Part-Time Business Development Assistant will conduct pre-screening calls and collect information from potential clients. The Business Development Assistant will call to schedule meetings and confirm meetings for the Branch Manager.
Compensation: $20/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 3:00 Approximately 25 hours/week
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- At least six months of experience in an administrative role with strong customer service skills.
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience conducting phones calls to gather information from customers/clients.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent verbal communication and follow up skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Lead generation
- Being an ATC brand ambassador to develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients
- Complies with ATC policies/procedures.
- Documents activities accurately and completely
- Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel.
- Complies with accepted ethical and professional standards of conduct.
- Administrative support to the Branch Manager
