About the Job
Company Description
Big Com is a creatively focused marketing and advertising agency based in Birmingham, AL, dedicated to helping national brands connect with the 95+ MM consumers in the rapidly growing Southeast.
Started as a PR firm, Big brings a unique earned media mindset to every assignment, constantly pushing to make every idea, every activation, every marketing solution that much bigger. As a result, we look to hire the restless – those self-starters who are never completely satisfied, but instead push and keep pushing to make the most of their ideas all the way through execution.
Finally, experience and expertise are certainly critical considerations for the agency when it comes to hiring. But so too is enthusiasm and empathy. We work constantly to improve and protect our culture. So, while your talent might get you an interview at Big, ultimately, it’s chemistry that will get you a desk.
