Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and generating new business opportunities for our franchisees.

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through phone calls, emails, direct mail, and networking.
Make between 50-70 calls a day and schedule up to 15 outside sales appointments a month.
Qualify leads for Outside Sales Representative by vetting the prospect and creating proposals.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings for Outside Sales Representatives.
Collaborate with Outside Sales and Brand Services teams to implement targeted initiatives.
Assist with innovative marketing projects as needed.
Research and identify promising vertical markets for expansion.
Contribute to achieving sales revenue goals and objectives.
Attend and participate in one-on-one and team meetings.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Demonstrated ability to research and identify high-quality leads.
Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (phone, email, mail).
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools (ZoomInfo).
