Currency Exchange International is looking for a ambitious individual to join their Sales Team as a Business Developer!
Role Overview: The Business Developer is crucial to our sales team, focusing on procuring, nurturing, and qualifying new wire processing and FX services leads in the financial institution sector. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with middle and senior management at banks and credit unions, articulating our value proposition, and scheduling meetings for account managers.

- Initial Training and Development: You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the market knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.
- Promotion to Account Manager: With the experience gained in your first year, you will be on track for promotion to an Account Manager position within 18 months of your hire date.
- Support and Compensation: As an Account Manager, you will have a full support team to help you effectively onboard new business. This role comes with a lucrative compensation package that includes perpetual earnings on all accounts you win and manage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospecting: Reach out to prospective customers via email and phone calls.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Pitching Products/Services: Present the company’s products or services to potential clients to generate interest.
- CRM Management: Maintain a database of contact information and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $45,000 plus monthly commission (up to $2,000).
