Your Responsibilities:
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Drive internal business growth targeting the client relationship, prospecting, qualifying leads, making cold calls, updating the sales CRM database, and performing daily follow-ups
Establish rapport with clients contacting them daily through phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, and marketing mailings and arrange meetings with them for the outside sales team
Initiate 50-70 calls a day to potential, targeted customers
Vet leads thoroughly ensuring there is a legitimate need for a service estimate
Schedule appointments and manage calendars maximizing Outside Sales’ calendar availability
Manage the lead flow for outside sales
Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services to concentrate efforts in targeted areas
Research proven vertical markets to identify new opportunities
Follow up on leads daily
Facilitate the creation, improvement and implementation of internal marketing strategies (Constant Contact, SEO, PPC, Google+ Reviews, etc.) to grow market share and brand awareness
Record and track all client and lead contact information the CRM Database
Perform consistent follow-up and follow-through with prospective and existing accounts
Collaborate with Management Team regularly
Qualifications We Require:
Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, prospecting, lead generation, outbound cold calling and appointment setting
Strong listening skills and empathy
Experience with creating and managing phone, email and mail marketing campaigns
Hands on experience making multiple outbound calls on a daily basis
Highly adept navigating CRM software systems (i.e. Salesforce)
