What You'll Accomplish:
Identify and foster strategic partnerships with industry-leading brands, crafting innovative and mutually beneficial deals to drive revenue growth for both our esteemed clients and our company.
As a Business Development Manager, you won't just oversee business development; you'll be the architect of lucrative collaborations, shaping the landscape of affiliate marketing and ensuring our continued prominence in the industry.
Lead and scale enterprise sales, optimizing the company's go-to-market strategy and account management.
Develop and implement scalable processes, guiding metrics-driven acquisition, expansion, and renewal strategies.
Act as an executive sponsor to enhance close rates, deal value, and account growth.
Ensure deep understanding of product knowledge, sales philosophy, and success delivery strategies among teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to devise winning strategies for profitable growth.
Resolve issues across marketing, sales, customer success, and technology functions, championing a customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
Strong cold-calling and research skills.
Experience in the conservative political landscape is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
Hardworking, with the willingness to put in the effort required to achieve goals and drive results.
Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships.
Resilient and persistent, with the ability to pursue leads and opportunities despite challenges.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency with G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Hangouts, Slides, and Gmail).
Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Enthusiastic, professional, and scrappy attitude.
Experience with online advertising & analytics preferred.
This position offers remote work flexibility.
