We are looking for a Business Developer for a well-established Title Company to support their business relationships with their in-house Real Estate Agents.

Your specific duties will include:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with Real Estate Agents.
Acting as Liaison between the Real Estate Agents and Title Company.
Addressing concerns from the Real Estate Agents on Title Companies performance.
Attending Real Estate Agent office Sales meetings.
Presenting Title Company services to the Real Estate Agents.
Presenting price quotes for services to the Real Estate Agents.
Handling Closing at the table when necessary.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

Must have relevant experience in the Title industry.
FL Title Agent License is preferred but not necessary.
FL Notary required.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
