- Require a Business/Data Analyst within Compliance Technology to actively participate in and support the end-to-end phases of the software development cycle, and drive strategic work across the development of the Enterprise and LOBs as necessary to maintain and deliver business solutions
- Highly experienced Business/Data Analyst with extensive experience in all facets of the software development lifecycle, as well as demonstrated experience in Project Management.
- Experience leveraging Pega BPM platform for delivering business solutions preferred.
- Strong background in data analysis/mapping.
- This role also requires regular interaction with LOB executives and business users.
- 10+ years’ experience in a business analysis function, with expertise working with different technologies and Line of Business areas
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and translating business requirements into solution design proposals
- Knowledge/experience in Global Financial Crimes
- Experience in Project Management, or performing PM functions across large-scale initiatives
- Strong experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycles
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with senior business stakeholders globally
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriately
- Strong experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
- Experience with applications on the Pega BPM platform preferred, but not required
