Role - Business / Data Analyst
Rate - $61.48/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $92.22/HR)
Duration - 6-9 Months (possible extension)
Location - Irving TX
Engage in end-to-end legal hold execution process by leveraging hold notices to identify information to be held, and supporting the preservation of that information in applications across the organization.

Engage in end-to-end legal hold execution process by leveraging hold notices to identify information to be held, and supporting the preservation of that information in applications across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5 – 8 years' experience
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, filtering, sorting, intermediate formulae)
- Detail and accuracy: No room for error in this work
- Multi-tasking: Ability to work simultaneously on multiple concurrent Legal matters
- Process: Follow evolving processes, and recommend improvements
- Organization: Need to manage a large quantity of changing information
- Work effectively across organizational, hierarchical, and geographic/cultural lines
- Learning: Rapidly develop understanding of Client records program, stakeholders, GDPR, Legal Holds and Hold Notices, etc.
- Receive weekly ATLAS reports from Legal. Identify changes and additions to previous ATLAS data.
- Obtain HR reports to identify the Managed Segment and Country of hold recipients at the date the Hold Notices were issued. Identify Records Management Program Lead (RMPL) responsible for each hold recipient.
- Coordinate with RMPLs to identify Records Management Officers (RMOs) relevant for each Hold.
- Review holds notices to identify information to help RMOs identifying impacted applications and Custodians.
- Manage copies of Legal Hold Notices for Records Management purposes. Review hold notices, and identify key metadata, as feasible.
- Distribute relevant Hold Notices to identified RMPLs and RMOs. Advise applicable Attorneys if Hold Notices must be issued to additional recipients.
- Schedule conference calls for RMPLs and RMOs with Attorneys.
- Provide instructions, guidance and support to RMPLs, RMOs and application owners regarding preservation activities.
- Collect lessons learned, and create FAQs and other supporting materials.
- Obtain and compile status updates from RMPLs, RMOs and application owners.
- Track and report project status. Escalate gaps and delays.
