I am seeking a highly accomplished Partner Attorney with a proven track record in Business Litigation or Corporate Transactional Law to join our esteemed law firm. The ideal candidate will bring a strong book of business, a passion for delivering exceptional client service, and a desire to collaborate with a team of talented professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a successful practice in either business litigation or corporate transactional law, including mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiations, or corporate governance.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients across diverse industries, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients while driving business development efforts to attract new clients.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and staff to promote professional development and firm success.
• Participate in firm leadership, strategic planning, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in business litigation or corporate transactional law.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cases or transactions from inception to resolution.
• A portable book of business is highly preferred, with annual revenue of $300,000+ being ideal.
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
