Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions:
+ Customer Support: Document and support internal and external customer technical issues. Escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with Information Technology, department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to identify system needs to better support our customers.
+ System Management: Subject matter expert (SME) on Learning Management System (LMS) and other critical systems. Collaborate with Information Technology departments on projects to support operations. Participate on system improvements, testing, and evaluation for all purchased systems. Assist with deployment of Proctoring service. Assist with permissions and utilization of task management software. Work with University IT on LMS related projects. Support for departmental platforms, software, and technologies.
+ Operations Support: Collaborate as a member of the Operations Team and be responsible for helping provide global educational opportunities, market recognition and increase sales. Collaborate with leadership team, department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to identify system needs to better support our customers. Present suggestions for improvement to Operation and Leadership Teams.
+ Project Management: Proactively develop project management to facilitate planning, training, communication, tracking, execution, and follow-up.

Experience with the use of a wide assortment of computer applications and educational technology Ability to readily learn and manage educational software and digital multimedia applications Ability to readily learn and manage technologies used for lecture capture and/or delivery Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to assist customers verbally or in writing. Ability to develop processes and procedures to improve customer experience.
+ Ability to communicate through interactive communications in a creative, professional, and aesthetically pleasing manner. Commitment to understanding and using new technology Creative and innovation minded Ability to both lead and follow instructions. Demonstrate high standards of professional skills in handling clients.
+ Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Online Learning, Communication, Graphic Design, Information Technology with a focus on online learning, or a related field. Ability to manage clients in support of academic standards.
