Business Controller - Craft

We are a leader in the marine and power providing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. We deliver technical expertise to our clients across North America via a large team of Field Engineers. We support critical sectors such as military, defense, and global supply chains, ensuring operational stability for vital industries.

Job Summary:
You will be a key strategic partner to the Senior Leadership team, responsible for financial planning and analysis across the company. This role involves managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support the company's growth and strategic goals. You will also oversee job costing, particularly for field technicians, and provide insights to drive business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee job costing and financial analysis for multiple locations.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Manage and mentor finance team members to ensure alignment with company goals.

What You Need for This Position:

• BA in Finance or Accounting;MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong experience in job costing and multi-location financial management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and results-oriented mindset.
