Business Attorney - Gpac

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Attorney to join our firm! 

Description: 

• Advise clients on various commercial matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client interests.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, if necessary, in litigation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active West Virginia  bar license.
• 6-10+ Years experience in Land Use, Corporate/Business Formation, Commerical Real Estate 
• 1600 Billable hour requirement
• Open to Partner Level opportunites
• Required book of business
