Business Analytics Specialist - Metro Sport Inc

Metro Sport Inc. (dba Metro Swim Shop) seeks a Business Analytics Specialist in Stirling, New Jersey to develop, prepare and implement business strategies for online sale of swimwear products, accessories, and equipment to optimize online selling services and platforms. Requires a Master’s Degree in business analytics, finance or related field or equivalent and twelve (12) months of experience developing, preparing and implementing business strategies for online sale to optimize online selling services and platforms. Prior experience must include at least twelve (12) months of experience analyzing online user behavior and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth; optimizing online selling platforms, utilizing SQL and Python (Pandas and Numpy) for A/B testing and treatment effects analysis of web changes; utilizing search engine optimization tools, keyword design and website layout optimization to enhance online visibility; conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and assess the impact of business strategies; gathering and interpreting financial data, providing actionable insights to optimize ad spending and improve profitability; optimizing inventory turnover ratio and profit margin ratios; monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators including cost per acquisition and conversion to improve online advertising campaigns; conducting competitor analysis and market research to evaluate and identify opportunities to refine advertising and product strategies on merchandise selection and pricing; managing customer database to prepare and design targeted marketing campaigns and sales analysis, including extracting and cleansing data using SQL and Python; ensuring accuracy and optimal stock and inventory management; performing data cleansing and data visualization post cleansing to effectively present findings and insights.
