Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Determine the suitability of new business fixed annuity applications recommended by direct-appointed producers and representatives of broker/dealers with whom Pacific Life has an amended selling agreement to perform this function.
- Track and document the suitability reviews in the appropriate database according to established policies and procedures.
- Follow up directly with producers and financial professionals when more information or documentation is needed in order to conduct a thorough review.
- Maintain and update as needed policies and procedures for the fixed annuity review process.
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ Years of exp
- Exceptional multitasking skills
- Experience with Fixed/FIA annuities
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in performing all responsibilities by following documented processes and procedures, while exhibiting attention to detail and accuracy while showing initiative to help improve or redesign key processes
Preferred/Desired:
- Ability to easily navigate database systems to find information
- Experience in insurance compliance
- Experience reviewing annuities for suitability
- Familiarity with company fixed annuity product lineup
