Proven Business process Re-engineering, Process Mining, Re-designing of existing workflow and improvement elements.
Not only talk about process capture and modelling but deep analysis.
Analyze and map business processes using BPM methodologies.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Assist in the implementation of BPM tools and systems.
Develop process documentation and functional requirements.
Support process automation and ensure alignment with business goals.
