Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in
the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in leading business analysis responsibilities for large-scale transformation
programs, especially in AI, Digital, Contact Center, or similar domains. This role
requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
diverse stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect, document, and analyze business
requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization
and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and
insights that support informed business decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all
levels, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project
lifecycle.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement
solutions that align with business requirements and goals.
Project Management: Lead and manage project activities, ensuring timely
delivery of milestones and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality
standards.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business
requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Testing and Validation: Coordinate and participate in testing activities to ensure
solutions meet business needs and performance criteria.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring
smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Skills
Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex
business requirements into actionable solutions.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the banking and financial services
industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Conversational AI, Digital, and Contact
Center technologies and their application in business transformation. Experience
in configuring Conversational AI products based on customer requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of
articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate
effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively under
pressure.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and accuracy in documentation and
analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the
banking and financial services domain.
Transformation Programs: Demonstrated experience in leading business
analysis for large-scale transformation programs in AI, Digital, Contact Center, or
related domains.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are
highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information
Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Tools: Proficiency in business analysis tools and software such as JIRA,
Confluence, MS Visio, etc.
