Your Role:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for various digital marketing and CMS projects.
- Process Analysis: Analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics tools to gain insights into website performance, user behavior, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Solution Design: Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as a liaison between business units, IT, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Project Management: Assisting in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Documentation: Creating detailed documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Your Profile:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions for improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, developers, designers, and marketers.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio), CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress), Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of digital marketing operations, CMS platforms, and industry best practices.
- Certifications: While not required, professional certifications such as CBAP or PMP, or Google certifications are highly desirable.
