Business Analyst at TEKsystems

Seeking a Sr. Business analyst to track, execute, support, and monitor Capital Spend activity for IT Infrastructure. This role will require prior experience with IT infrastructure, strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and analytical acumen.

Job Duties:

Capital End to End spend management:

• Validate and execute on Purchase order request based on available funding and project scope.

• Attend weekly calls with vendors

• Track the lifecycle of purchase order from execution to delivery

• Invoice verification and equipment tracking

• Process flow improvements and metrics

• Intercompany billing and coordination

• Coordinate with RCE center of excellence team for potential risk with timely spending

• OUS Purchase order coordination

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or another discipline relevant for the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.

• 3 years previous IT Infrastructure/Asset management/IT Project Coordination experience.

Desired Experience/Training Required:

• 3-5 years of IT experience in large or midsized multinational healthcare organization. IT expertise in one or more areas specific to the supported business process.

• Strong project management skills, including program/project management governance.

• Process oriented and organized

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong analytical skills

• Elevated level of communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to work in a matrixed environment, understand business needs, and support the organization with value added analysis and insight

• Comfortable providing recommendations to leaders and executives

• Experience with vendor management.

• Performs monthly reviews of the departmental financial performance vs. plan

• Automates and improves processes.

• Provides financial analysis support for key capital projects.

• Builds successful partnerships with internal customers.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis.

• Power BI experience is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
