Responsibilities include:

1. Lead and oversee business intelligence projects from inception to implementation,
2. ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and timely delivery of actionable insights.
3. Optimize inventory management to minimize waste, maximize turnover, and meet customer demand effectively.
4. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, including promotions, signage, and customer loyalty programs, to foster customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying patterns and opportunities to boost revenue and market share growth.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
7. Oversee store finances, including cash handling, reporting, and budget compliance, ensuring accountability and financial transparency.
8. Develop and implement IT system analysis and development. Leverage advanced statistical and data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
9. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for critical business decisions.
10. Proactively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, providing timely insights for strategic planning and adaptation.
11. Provide leadership and support in cross-functional collaboration, fostering teamwork for the effective execution of strategic initiatives.

 Special requirements include -

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
2. Knowledge of QuickBooks.

Min. requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field;
2. 24 months experience in Business Analyst or related field.
