Business Analyst - Insight Global

Must-Have Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of systems technology and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in creating Visio diagrams and using the Microsoft Office suite and internal templates.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in the Business Analyst field.
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation systems.
• Strong presentation skills for process improvements.
• Exceptional writing skills for clear and effective communication.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the utilities industry.
• Experience with IT projects.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as GDSA, CISSP, or CCNA.
• Background in software engineering.
• Experience in the cybersecurity field.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Supporting the Verified Trust Program with cybersecurity initiatives.
• Working with the legal department to identify and secure systems with PII.
• Interviewing team members to understand data usage and employee ID systems.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Conducting technical assessments for new software acquisitions.
• Documenting and optimizing existing processes.
• Organizing and summarizing meeting notes for stakeholder consumption.
• Conducting process mapping interviews and developing detailed maps.
• Scheduling and leading requirements gathering sessions.
• Developing testing plans and adapting to project priorities.
