Job Description:
The client currently has a centralized Technology Staffing Office deployed globally supporting the firm and is looking to expand the function to support the NonIT nonemployee population globally. The remit spans 4 regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM) and encompasses approximately 41,000 Technology nonemployees and 66,000 NonIT nonemployees.
The BP&A Analytics Lead Analyst will provide ongoing systems support, configuration, documentation, testing, training and global implementation of a third party SaaS tool (Fieldglass). The role requires interaction with multiple stakeholders including Fieldglass, Procurement, HR Control and Compliance, Technology Partners (GFTS), Systems Support and the R&LS Staffing Office.

Responsibilities include:
- Evaluation of existing and potential business process, systems and tools
- Development of business cases evaluating expense, risk and opportunities
- Facilitating meetings and coordinating/tracking major milestone activities of the cross-functional teams and senior management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing and communicating critical issues to resolution
- Analyzing data and developing systems/configuration solutions to meet the staffing office and their clients needs
- Providing day to day systems support
- Testing of all system enhancements/changes
- Systems documentation
- Training on the Fieldglass tool
- Global implementation of the Fieldglass tool
- Participation in re-engineering and RPA discussions to advance system processes and improve productivity
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience
- Requires a proven record of leadership experience in managing complex processes and/or large projects in financial services
- Experience with re-engineering and process mapping
- Experience in application functional/technical analyst role, working within a standard project management methodology and systems-development lifecycle
- Strong process analysis and design experience
- A high level of experience in application data analysis and data manipulation
- Exceptional Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Access, including complex data analysis and manipulation
- Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational database design and theory
- The ability to manage and deliver projects with varying priorities
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Strong analytic ability and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally (written and verbal)
