Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
Coordinate with adjacent Workstreams (sales enablement, business development, delivery, and go-to-market teams) to gather and analyze requirements for the client experience on a per-product/complex-solution basis.
Utilize these requirements to build a client experience framework and initiate the client experience procedural items for each applicable client post-go-live.
Manage changes across teams and contribute to business process improvement.
This is a 6+ month contract position requiring onsite presence at our client’s location.
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
Knowledge of product management concepts and how managed services products are positioned and developed.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (such as Smartsheet project tracking) and techniques.
Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development principles.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
