About the Job
As a Business Analyst at COUNTRY Financial, you will provide business analysis, project support and testing for efforts impacting Corporate Controllers. You will participate on project teams to investigate, develop, test and implement new or enhanced systems supporting the entire corporation. You will work with Controllers and Project personnel of varying levels, as the point of contact representing Controllers on assigned projects.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Business Analystmake an impact?
- Collaborates with business areas toidentify,defineand document business requirements. Coordinates or performs data sampling and testing verification.
- Takes the lead inassistingwith the business case. Elicits, translates, simplifies use requirements to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manages to completion.
- Recommends organizational changes in anticipation of predicted marketplace changes. Assesses impact and supports communication and delivery of requirements to stakeholders.
- Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and presents data related to the current and future operations.
- Clarifies,updatesand improves the business processesimpactedby technology changes, and maps out the requirements for one or more systems to support needs and processes.
- Negotiates orprovidesinput to project plans andtimeframes.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Previous experience in a business analysis role supporting financial systems with a business operations exposure.
- Thorough knowledge of analysis and testing tools and effective time/workload management skills.
- Possesses proven communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various and diverse contacts in a team environment.
- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
