We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Innovation Team.
Responsibilities:Review project scope and vision with project sponsors.
Elicit, evaluate, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, subject matter experts and/or end users.
Interpret customer requirements into feasible options and communicates these back to the business stakeholders.
Partner with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements and translate them into functional specification documents and user stories.
Create process models, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Fill backlogs, drive refinement meetings, and help prioritize stories based on the project scope and requirements.
Drive system/unit testing and process change requests, coordinate, and document user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist end-users by troubleshooting issues directed to the Support Desk.
Work with System Admins to analyze issues and trends, define solutions for system issues, implement additional/new procedures, and provide more efficient business practices.
Develop documentation to memorialize and enable the implementation of new rules.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbal or written— to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders
Consult with end-users, third party vendors, Salesforce and nCino support, and Univest Tech Support.
Review and analyze all Salesforce/nCino patches and releases and advise on impacts to users, workflows, and processes.
Partner with bank leadership to provide analysis and trending reports to assist in problem resolution
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in the financial services industry or a related field
Proven experience with business and technical requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and verification
Experience with Salesforce and nCino
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with them on an agreeable solution.
Excellent planning, documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing team environment.
Exceptional customer service, listening, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite.
