NTT DATA, Inc., a top 10 global IT services company, has an immediate need for an Senior Business Analyst to support our State Government client in Syracuse, NY 12207.

Responsibilities:
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
- provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- provide instruction on newly released functionality
- deliver presentations to line staff
- conduct business process review
- monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- develop remedial steps to increase data entry compliance
- review training materials
- provide technical assistance with data warehouse
- Senior (60 - 84 Months) - Business Analyst: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
- 72 months of experience supporting users of NYS CONNECTIONS.
- 72 months of experience providing IT support in in Child Welfare environment, gathering requirements and submitting change requests.
- 72 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment, as well as interpreting legacy systems to provide direct user support.
- 72 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application
- 84 months of experience analyzing management strategies and business processes on a state-wide system with 15,000 plus users.
- 72 months of experience working directly with users in child welfare area providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience should include writing documentation and/or desk aids that were used as reference material that supported users understanding of business operations and/or training.
- Bachelor s Degree
