Description:
Overall Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for L5 equivalent data analytics and strategy work.
Our team partners with cross functional project teams to provide thought partnership and data driven solutions that optimize impact in the Trust and Safety space.
On a day to day basis this includes calculating and monitoring core metrics and drivers and identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement through exploratory analysis.
This role requires strong technical skills in data analysis and management as well as strong business strategy and executive communications skills.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Reporting on metrics trends and RCA for core products
Project impact sizing and performance projection
Ad hoc data analysis
Google Slides or PowerPoint: Build narratives and present data in a format that is compelling and tailored to the intended audience
Advanced SQL
Business process optimization: Identify levers and optimization opportunities within business and operational processes
Statistical analysis: Use appropriate statistical methods to analyze and interpret data
Desired : Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.)
Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB)
