This position will focus on the profitability reporting process and the migration of existing functionality into the new ProfitView application.
The person in this position will act as a liaison between business and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex SOR's and the products and processing therein. The position requires a balance of strong business/finance skills along with a solid understanding of databases and systems and the ability to communicate effectively across groups
Responsibilities include:
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and formalize business and data requirements with a strong understanding of SDLC methodology
Extensive experience in eliciting data requirements using interviews, document analysis, financial metrics and front end dashboard analysis, scenario analysis, business analysis and process/workflow analysis
Understand the needs and help manage expectations of profitability and cross-sell platform business needs. Serve as SME to validate the profitability and cross-sell project data requirements and design will meet the overall business needs
Participate in working sessions with profitability and cross-sell functional leads (metrics, dashboard, cross-functional/process) to transform and develop new requirements
Work with end-user groups and System of Record SME's (business, operational and technology) and facilitate working sessions to understand the product
Previous experience working with technical teams in translating written requirements into technical specifications
Background with Wells Fargo documentation process for projects (including BRDs, FSDs, change controls) is a great plus
Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly Ability to adapt to environments / situations that are not always clearly defined or ambiguous
Familiarity with various lines of business in the Wholesale group
Familiarity with cross-sell processes and agreement structures
Highly efficient at managing large numbers of activities/tasks
Solid writing skills
Self-starter with ability to work with limited oversight, solve issues through collaboration
Excellent communication skills Strong presentation skills Basic understanding of financial statements and metrics
