Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented senior Business Analyst to support our public sector clients in defining and delivering solutions that align with its business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be adept at gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and recommending optimal technical solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce technology is preferred. The role involves requirement gathering in a complex environment, supporting testing, conducting training, support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Salesforce, Continuous Improvement, Documentation business processes, and user guides.
Years of experience: 12 + years of experience as a BA ( minimum 6 years of Salesforce implementation experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Define, document, and validate business processes and rules to identify functional requirements. This role is responsible for delivering:- Business Requirement Documents and
- Current Business Processes,
- To be business processes
- Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Business Requirement Documents and
- Technical Solution Recommendations:
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to ensure the understanding of the business requirements. - Responsible for developing end user Training plan, and Conducting end-user training as per predefined training plan.
- Salesforce Knowledge:
Leverage an understanding of Salesforce technology and its application to business needs. - UAT support Provide UAT support for the end users so they can undertake business function testing effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to Salesforce implementations.
- Proven experience in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution design, and business process analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to recommend technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and requirements validation techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working on Salesforce-based projects.
- Familiarity with public sector or regulatory environments.
