With a strong background in data analytics and process management, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving the successful completion of technical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing systems.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements that can be understood by both business and technical teams.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Act as a liaison between the business units and the development team, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
- Ensure that all documentation is kept up to date and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Program Lead, or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, process management, and business intelligence.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and MS Office.
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
