As a Business Analyst, you will join the contact center experience team to support the migration to a new live chat and secure messaging platform. You will collaborate with technical and business partners, serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Your role will include gathering and prioritizing business requirements, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with business value and client satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product and technical teams to capture and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Facilitate collaboration among business, technology, and customer partners to achieve project goals.
- Act as a liaison across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support agile processes, including scrum and Kanban, for project execution.
- Monitor progress, measure productivity, and identify areas for improvement using data-driven approaches.
- Provide insights to optimize transparency and communication across project teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrate a commitment to meeting the needs of clients, employees, and shareholders.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on contact center applications and business practices.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in agile methodologies, such as scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated collaborative style and ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- High level of emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence.
