Kforce has a large enterprise client seeking a Business Analyst that will specialize in designing PowerPoint presentations to upper management. This is a hybrid schedule, 4 days in office, 1 day work from home. Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. While titled as a Business Analyst, this role primarily focuses on creating professional, high-quality presentations for upper management and delivering data-driven reports using tools like Tableau and Excel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for design, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to turn raw data into compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a good understanding of business operations, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Design and improve the quality of presentations for upper management, ensuring professional visuals and cohesive storytelling
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather raw data, streamline information, and craft concise, impactful presentations
Develop and refine Tableau dashboards and Excel reports to present data in a compelling, user-friendly way
Work across departments to collect, interpret, and present data that aligns with business objectives
Support the team by creating skeleton presentations and narratives, with potential to move into a presenting role over time
Utilize flowcharting and other design techniques to simplify complex information into clear, visually appealing outputs
Continuously learn and adapt to the organization's needs, identifying opportunities to improve presentation and reporting processes

Requirements:

Proven experience creating high-quality, visually appealing presentations for executive audiences
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A collaborative, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take initiative

Preferred Skills:

Experience in reporting and dashboard creation using Tableau and Excel
Familiarity with flowcharting tools and techniques
Prior experience working in business operations or analytics
Exposure to working with cross-functional teams and understanding business domains

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
