Business Analyst - The Brixton Group, Inc.

Location: On-site 4 days/week in Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Lead the transition and guide our client through a comprehensive Salesforce to MS Dynamics conversion, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of business requirements, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business rules and user stories to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Define and implement business rules for large-scale, cross-functional projects, collaborating with various business lines to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Act as a proactive leader, demonstrating initiative and ownership, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision, rather than simply executing tasks as directed.
