Title: Business Analyst

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define their needs and objectives through various techniques such as brainstorming, business case analysis, and data mining.
2. Conduct requirements elicitation using interviews, surveys, and workshops, ensuring clarity in communication and aligning with stakeholder expectations.
3. Lead complex stakeholder engagement, managing difficult personalities and resolving conflicts to maintain project alignment.
4. Develop and implement effective business analysis approaches and tools, ensuring data is accurately synthesized and actionable.
5. Define, manage, and document functional and technical requirements through user stories, use cases, and backlog management.
6. Perform gap analysis and process modeling to identify and resolve business process issues, enhancing operational efficiency.
7. Analyze and model the current and future state of business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
8. Lead change strategy development, providing recommendations on risk management, impact assessments, and solutions.
9. Evaluate solution effectiveness by defining performance measures, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing alternative solutions.
10. Collaborate with SMEs and lead the development of new tools, templates, and processes to optimize business analysis activities.

This role requires 3 years of experience with Data Warehousing, 5 years of SQL expertise, and a minimum of 8 years in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical role.
