Job Description: Business Analyst
Responsibilities
o Work with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
o Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for developers.
o Analyze and streamline workflows for OMA systems like RADAR, RSS, and AIIMS.
o Propose process improvements for forms management and delegation of authority tasks.
o Engage program leads to identify business challenges and align technical solutions.
o Conduct workshops to validate requirements and demonstrate system capabilities.
o Assist in developing test plans and validating system functionality against requirements.
o Ensure workflows and systems comply with Section 508 standards.
o Create reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize system performance and user data.
o Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and tutorials for stakeholders.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for systems like RADAR, RSS, and AIIMS.
o Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers and architects.
o Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
o Analyze and streamline existing workflows to improve efficiency and automation.
o Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
o Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and system designs.
o Assist with testing and validation of new workflows and system enhancements.
o Create user manuals, training materials, and process documentation for new features and systems.
o Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide insights into system performance.
o Ensure all workflows and systems comply with Section 508 standards and NIH policies.
