About the Job
The Role:
The Business Analyst – Operations & Strategic Enablement will play a critical role in supporting the COO and other key members of operations leadership by driving key operational initiatives, managing projects and programs, and delivering strategic insights that enhance organizational effectiveness. This individual will lead the design and optimization of process flows, provide analytics-driven recommendations, synthesize strategic enablement plans, and ensure alignment of tactical organizational dynamics with broader business objectives.
This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, operational expertise, and program management skills to support decision-making and to complete the seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives. Having strong business acumen, the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions, and see projects through to completion and implementation is key. This role will be based in our Boca Raton office location and requires a hybrid work schedule in the office three days per week.

They will have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complete data into actionable insights. They will have the proven ability to navigate organizational dynamics and drive collaboration between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Program Management:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Operational Process Leadership:
• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to streamline operations.
• Partner with Heads of Operations to implement best practices and process improvements across teams.
Analytics and Insights:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to inform decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for the COO and Heads of Operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for improvement.
Strategic Enablement:
• Synthesize business insights and operational data into strategic enablement plans that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the COO and leadership teams to align strategic initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Provide recommendations on resource allocation, organizational structure, and operational investments.
Tactical Organizational Dynamics Support:
• Support the COO and operational leaders in managing organizational dynamics, including team structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Serve as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and alignment between teams and leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on goals, initiatives, and operational strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, or operations within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Asana).
• Demonstrated ability to design and improve operational workflows and processes.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems.
