Business Analyst - Inceed

Compensation: $45/HR – $55/HR

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and collaborative professional to make a significant impact by supporting the successful implementation of critical system solutions. This role will be pivotal in the final stages of a high-profile project, with a strong emphasis on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met and technical solutions are seamlessly executed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document clear, actionable business requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and propose technical solutions.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and integration designs for implementation.
• Partner with development teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Oversee and execute UAT, including scripted test plans, issue documentation, and resolution coordination.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
• Support system configuration, customization, deployment, and integration activities.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including user guides and technical references.
• Train stakeholders and end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
• Provide insights on emerging technologies to enhance system functionality and business processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Expertise in UAT for back-office applications, including test planning and issue tracking.
• Experience translating technical requirements during UAT processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Background in data analysis, system integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting design and end-user changes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Integration design experience.
• Technical certifications like CBAP or ITIL.
• Familiarity with accounting applications and/or experience in the oil and gas industry.
