Centralized Supervisor
Onsite San Antonio, Texas
Job Duties:
Conducts suitability reviews of insurance products including life, health, and annuity recommendations and transactions within agreed-upon SLOs and with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Task oriented.
• Ability to review/listen to sales calls for compliance.
• Conducts suitability reviews of insurance products including life, health, and annuity recommendations and transactions within agreed-upon SLOs and with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Knowledge of suitability reviews/recommendations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (NAIC, State, and/or FINRA).
• Effectively communicates findings to management for appropriate action/resolution.
• Experience as a life insurance agent and/or FINRA registered representative. (preferred)
• Relevant FINRA or Life/Health licensing required based on the specific discipline being performed. (preferred)
• Reviews regulatory rules and opportunities, critically think, and draw reasonable conclusions based primarily on regulatory requirements.
• Technical skills to pull reports and analyze trends. (preferred)
