Business Analyst - No C2C from A-Line Staffing Solutions

Title: Business Analyst III – Member Reconciliation

Pay Rate: $43.70/hr

Location: Work from Home

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST

This is a Scrum Team role that will serve as part of the Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment Configuration Team, tasked with developing purpose-built capabilities for our NextGen platform. This role is responsible for delivering configuration for various enrollment, billing, reconciliation, correspondence, and reporting stories within an Agile framework.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with PL/SQL and MS SQL Databases
• 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with IBM DataStage
• 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience in application development across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field

• Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing, and Correspondence platform
• 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology Release & Resource Management
• 2-4 years of experience in Medical Management or Government Administration
• 2-4 years of experience with member materials and/or correspondence implementation
• 2-4 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange Enrollment, or Billing and Correspondence Operations
• Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with high degrees of complexity
• Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills at the senior level, including the capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization, simultaneously
