Job Description:
Must have skills ( at least 3):
Experience working with SAP CRM or other CRM products
Gather requirements and document them in User Stories
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to write and use SQL
Ability to Troubleshoot and Identify Data Issues
Make recommendations to the data management team and drive the creation of functional specifications, system and user acceptance test plans and specific test cases.
