Job Description

Experience Skillset 3-5 years of experience as a Junior Business System Analyst is required.

At least 2 year of experience in the health insurance industry is required.

Self starter with good communication presentation progressive relationship building and analytical skills.

Basic Knowledge of one or more payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc.

Minimum requirement of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.

Can manage projects of small to medium size and complexity with guidance from the Senior Business Analysts and relationship managers.

Must be conversant with typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc.
