Job Description:

Interact with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to get a better understanding of client business processes and gather business requirements using requirements workshops, business process descriptions and JAD sessions and actively worked on documenting the same.
Work within all phases of Agile SDLC and closely with the team to understand new business and technical potential.
Manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team, incorporated feedback and obtained customer sign off on requirements.
Build the foundation for the development effort by capturing the business context - problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups.
Ensure that quality business analysis standards are met as prescribed by IT Services through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables and within the project deadline.
Present burn down charts to demonstrate the work left and to calculate the velocity of the project.
Providd customer with data dump for analysis from running SQL queries in TOAD/SQL Developer.
Review test plans and tested the final application for usability testing to verify whether all the user requirements were catered to by the application.
Perform Data Cleansing, Data validation and Data Mapping for enrollment and membership interface.
HIPAA, claim adjustments, claim processing from point of entry to finalizing, claim review, identifying claims processing problems, their source and providing alternative solutions using best practice model and principles.
Provide alternatives and recommendations for business customer and IT leadership.
Held to prepare Change Control Documentation for the Project Manager for changes in Project's scope, schedule or cost.
Requirements Traceability Matrix
Attend defect review meetings, clarified requirements to the testing team if there was any ambiguity.
Use Visio to create workflow diagrams and process flow diagrams and mockups.
Support the project manager role in identifying, documenting and tracking of issues and risks on projects.Ensure issues and risks are reported on and resolved/mitigated in a timely manner.
